By using digitalift.com or engaging Digitalift LLC for services, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English on purpose — if anything's unclear, ask us.
1. Who We Are
Digitalift LLC is a California limited liability company based at 201 E Center St, Ste 112, Anaheim, CA 92805. We provide digital marketing services to local service businesses.
2. Use of This Website
- You may view, share, and reference content on this site for normal business purposes.
- You may not copy substantial portions of our copy, design, or methodology to operate a competing service.
- You may not attempt to break, probe, or overload the site.
3. Strategy Calls & Inquiries
Submitting our form or calling us doesn't create a client relationship. We become engaged only when both sides sign a written agreement (typically our Master Services Agreement or a Statement of Work).
4. Client Engagements
The terms of every paid engagement are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement — not this page. Those agreements cover scope, payment, deliverables, ownership of work product, confidentiality, and termination. If you're a current client, the signed agreement controls. If anything in these public terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
5. Payment Terms (Default)
- Blueprint ($2,500): one-time payment, due before kickoff.
- Stabilization & Growth retainers: 90-day minimum from kickoff, then month-to-month. Billed at the start of each month.
- Late payment: services may pause if invoices age past 15 days.
Custom payment terms are common — see your signed agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
- Work product we create for you (websites, ad copy, content, dashboards) becomes yours once the related invoice is paid.
- Our underlying methodology, playbooks, templates, and tools remain ours.
- You grant us a limited license to use your name, logo, and the work we did for you in our portfolio and case studies — unless you opt out in writing.
7. No Guarantees on Outcomes
We work hard and have a track record we're proud of. But marketing depends on market conditions, your team's execution, and dozens of variables we don't control. We don't guarantee specific lead counts, revenue numbers, or rankings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Digitalift's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
After any contractual minimum, either side can end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. We part as friends — you keep all delivered work product through the termination date.
10. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
As part of our marketing services, we may send SMS or text messages on behalf of our clients or directly from Digitalift. Here's how it works:
