Digitalift LLC ("Digitalift," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit digitalift.com, contact us, or work with us as a client.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact details you submit on our strategy-call form: name, business name, email, phone, industry, revenue range, and any details you share about your business.
- Information you provide during our engagements: ad-account access, analytics access, business numbers, and other materials needed to do the work.
- Your phone number when you call us, text us, or submit it on a form — including for SMS opt-in.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web analytics: pages viewed, referring source, browser type, approximate location.
- Cookies used by Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking.
2. How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare for our strategy call.
- To deliver services we've agreed to under a signed engagement.

- Government or legal authorities when required by law.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
If you opt in to receive text messages from us or from one of our clients, here's exactly how your data is handled:

Opt-out
Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You can also email support@digitalift.com or call (949) 245-1161 to opt out. We'll honor your request promptly and you won't receive further texts.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
5. How We Protect It
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Access to client data is restricted to the two co-founders and required service providers. No system is bulletproof, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.
6. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at support@digitalift.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — we honor those. To submit a CCPA request, email us with the subject line "CCPA Request" or call (949) 245-1161.
7. Cookies
You can turn off cookies in your browser at any time. The site will still work, but some features (like return-visit recognition) won't.
8. Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16.
